Lactic Acid Facial Toner

This formulation is ALCOHOL-FREE and contains 2% Lactic Acid. The Lactic Acid gently exfoliates dead cells to help maintain a healthy looking skin.

APPLICATION:

Saturate a cotton ball with facial toner. Gently smooth over face and neck until all traces of cleanser are removed. Skin will feel totally refreshed. Allow too dry before applying a skin care product or makeup.
